biography

I graduated as Outstanding Senior from the Department of Dance at Kennesaw State University with Magna Cum Laude honors in 2019. 

 

I started training with Buford School of Ballet, where I was taught classical ballet and modern for 12 years. My high school achievements include scholarships to the American Academy of Ballet summer intensive, University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Walnut Hill School of the Arts, University of South Carolina, University of Alabama, University of Georgia, and Kennesaw State University.

 

It was at KSU where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree and spent 8 consecutive semesters performing original roles in faculty and undergraduate works by McCree O’Kelley, Daniel Gwirtzman, Ivan Pulinkala, James Graham, and Sean Nguyen-Hilton, and many others. I toured with KSU Dance to perform at the American College Dance Association Southeast and South conferences, as well as the Alabama Dance Festival. I studied in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the Batsheva Dance Company under the instruction of Ido Gidron and Kelvin Vu.

 

I have participated in movement workshops with Batsheva Dance Company, AteNine Dance Company, and New Dialect. My ventures have allowed me to work professionally with Andrea Knowlton, Nathan Griswold, Sarah HillmerBanning Bouldin, Navarra Novy-Williams, John McFall, Otis Sallid, Ricardo Aponte, Mary Nye Bennett, and Amir Levy

Other credits include Immerse ATL, the Mediums Collective, the Atlanta Lyric, and the Atlanta Opera.

I am currently a company member with Staibdance and guest artist with Fly on a Wall.
